Angel is a graduate of Brock University holding a Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree. Subsequent to University, she joined the accounting department of a large office service organization in Mississauga, Ontario where she gained experience and skills in the accounting field.
In 1998 she joined Adamson & Associates Inc., where she utilized her accounting background working directly with John Adamson in the Corporate Insolvency Practice.
Today, Angel is a qualified insolvency administrator, having completed the certification program through the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, and has successfully complete the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, Insolvency Counsellors qualification program.
In addition, she holds a Commissioner of Oaths position and has been Certified by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy to perform initial assessments.
She is a Mother of two children and is active in baseball and broomball.
As a long time employee of Adamson & Associates Inc., she provides quality services as part of our team and oversees the corporate insolvency practice as well as performing insolvency counselling and liaising with the Court on Corporate Insolvency Matters.
