Credit Reports can be obtained from either of the two main Canadian Credit Reporting Companies, Equifax or Trans Union. The format of the credit reports, from either company are essentially the same and governed by the Consumer Reporting Act. You have a right to see your credit report at least once each year and should exercise that right to ensure the accuracy of the information being reported.
